We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle incoming requests from our guests through various channels, such as live chat, email and phone. When answering inbound calls, you will take ownership of the call by taking the appropriate next steps such as entering a telephone order or by assisting a guest to answer order questions. If performing Live Chat, you will work directly with our guests through computer based web systems. You will provide guidance with website navigation and promote sales through product and information look-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to inbound live chats by assisting our guests with online purchases and website education
  • Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Provide accurate responses to questions regarding EA products and/or order history
  • Manage customer inquiries by inserting links and standard text
  • Use up-sell and cross-sell techniques to promote sales
  • Educate/Train a wide range of guests on how to navigate our website
  • Contribute to team goals by improving response and resolution times and guest satisfaction ratings
  • Answer incoming calls, including inquiries on order status, product size and price clarification, and placing telephone orders

    Job Requirements

    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Proper use of professional business grammar and punctuation as well as excellent keyboarding skills
  • Ability to hold several web chat conversations simultaneously that are seamless to our guests
  • Excellent customer service skills (including but not limited to: friendly, courteous, and helpful)
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
  • Professional in dress and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance habits
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be available to attend our PAID training session held on-site

    OVERTIME based on availability during our peak holiday periods
Compensation is $10.10 per hour.
