Front desk Receptionist Administrator to be face and voice of rapidly growing US Corporation.
Handle busy phones at front desk, coordinate and facilitate use of all conference rooms, restock kitchen supplies, assist with other special projects as needed. Assist with offsite meetings, events, large print/copy jobs, IT projects, etc. Act as back-up for administrative duties during absences and leaves, including meeting coordination, calendar management, booking travel, reconciling expenses and other administrative tasks.
Minimum of 3+ years in comparable role, professional demeanor and appearance and excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to maintain a calm, patient and “can do” approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Hours are 9AM to 5pm, Flexible for occasional OT. Outstanding benefits and stunning new offices with easy access to train and transportation.
