The Warehouse Associate primarily performs the unloading of ocean containers at our neXtore warehouse facility. Additional functions frequently may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and retrieving stock in the warehouse


* Assist shipping and receiving unloading ocean containers, trailers and checking in merchandise.

* Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pull material, pack boxes, place orders in delivery and staging area.

* Sort and place materials or items on racks and shelves according to organizational standards.

* Open crates, boxes, and containers.

* Assist in maintaining inventory controls by collecting stock location orders. Also assist in the counting of physical inventory.

* Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and work stations neat. Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area orderliness at all times.

* Track and resolve issues

* Wear and use the proper safety equipment for each task as needed.

* Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

* Be on time for scheduled shift as designated by Warehouse Manager.

* Be able to use hand and power tools when needed.

* Be able to operate a forklift in a controllable and safe manner.

* Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.


* 3 years warehouse experience preferred.

* High School diploma

* Willingness to work hours in order complete projects on schedule.

* Ability to regularly lift and or move 10 - 50lbs.

* Occasionally assist with, lift or move objects that could weigh more than 75lbs.

* Frequently stand, walk, stoop, crouch or crawl.

* Occasionally required to sit or balance.

* Strong written verbal and communication skills.

* Ability to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality at all times.

* Strong decision and problem solving skills.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Must have and wear steel toed shoes.


* Forklift Operator License a plus, not a requirement.

* Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., bend, twist, and stand for long periods of times
