Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Booking Travel Arrangements for hotel and car
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a highly organized, detail oriented, cooperative and "team" oriented individual
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook ** Required
