Job Description

Seeking an energetic, fresh, current, culinary individual with a passion for food to join our team. Unlike Restaurant operations, we have a thriving Gourmet Retail operation with a well established high end off premise catering division. Looking for a Co-Sous Chef to work, hands on in the day to day retail and weekly production of catered events. A work enviroment that you can go with the company, create and develop menu items, plate presnetations along with working to standardize recipes, help in the day to day ordering of ingredients to join our team! You would thrive with a dedicated team to expanding our clientele base to establish the company's brand and reputation.


  • Oversee day-to-day culinary with a 2nd Sous
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu item
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests


  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
