We have been retained by our client, a growing financial services company in Stamford, CT to find the best candidate to fill their Office Manager role. This position provides office management and miscellaneous support to this small office which includes Salesforce database management. This Temporary role has the potential to convert to permanent status. DOE: $25/hr. while temp, $55-60K + comprehensive benefits when converts to permanent status.
This position is open due to company growth.
- Monitor and maintain the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) utilizing data control reports in order to assure data entry accuracy.
- Handle all incoming mail and packages.
- Purchase office supplies.
- Provide facility support.
- Assist with internal distribution and tracking of marketing material using current methods and protocols.
- Act as primary liaison for all computer and telecommunication system vendors and support personnel.
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is a must!
- 4+ years of office management and administrative experience.
