Job Description:

The Talcott Center for Child Development is currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic BCBA to join our team. Our privately owned clinic has been providing OT, PT and speech services for over 12 years! We are looking for a strong clinician who can work collaboratively with our team, as well as oversee and support our growing program. This position currently consists of 10-15 hours per week. While the schedule is flexible, after school hours are required. In addition, increased hours and potential growth of this position are available for the right candidate.Responsibilities include:Conducting evaluations (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), as well as FBAsDeveloping ABA programs and monitor client progress towards their goalsProvide direct therapy to children within the home, clinic and community environmentsOversee and supervise RBTs and additional ABA technicians and staffProviding training and supervision to staff, families and caregiversMaintaining data and documentationConsult and collaborate with families, medical professionals and other outside professionalsDevelop and implement educational seminars Requirements:Must have experience with children ages 3-14, with varying levels of concernMust be a Board Certified Behavior AnalystMust have a minimum of 1 year experienceIdeal candidate will meet the BACB standards for supervision requirements in order to supervise exam candidatesMust be a strong, motivated individual who is able to work independently with a wide range of challenging casesMust be willing to travel within a small radius from our Farmington office If you are looking for an exciting opportunity within a small, yet dynamic and innovative center, we would love the opportunity to discuss possibilities!
