The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Recruiter and have an enthusiastic demeanor.Duties Include:Full-cycle recruiting- Evaluate the needs of the company as it relates to job openings- Post jobs using cost-effective strategies- Maintain recruitment system- Screen candidates and route to hiring mangers- Maintain appropriate files according to employment lawPre-employment background screening/drug testing- Run credit and criminal background screening reports, analyze reports and make a hiring decision, and communicate the results to the candidate and hiring manager- Prepare necessary letter and send to candidate in the event of denial- Prepare electronic chain of custody form and send to candidate, as well as communicate the process to the candidate- Track results and notify hiring managers when the candidate is cleared for employment- Coordinate hire date and orientationNew hire paperwork- Work with hiring manager to insure all new hire paperwork is complete.Administrative- Prepare offer letters as needed- Maintain the open positions reportRelationship management- Maintain relationships with recruiting sourcing account managers- Maintain relationships with community managers and regional managersRequirements:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience• Minimum of 3 years experience in full life-cycle recruiting• Previous training on interview techniques• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite• Experience with HRIS or recruitment systems• Successfully pass our background check and drug screening processesWe offer excellent benefits and work environment including medical/dental, paid vacations and holidays, and 401(k).*If you are interested in this position, please apply online by visiting our website To be considered, please include your compensation history and requirements.
