##### **Position Summary** Responsible for providing support to Sales Planning and Field Sales Teams in the coordination of sales materials, samples, analytics and incremental sales project requests\. The Associate Sales Operations Manager acts in conjunction with the Sales Planning Managers as a liaison for all departments in the development of required samples for new item launches\. The Associate Sales Operations Manager manages the everyday operation of the 3rd party Sales & Marketing distribution center partner\. This position will require regular interfacing with the Field Sales teams and internal teams\.

##### **Accountabilities** Sales Asset Management:

• Coordination and standardization of Sales materials and samples to support the annual business plans of all customers across all lines of business\.

• Responsible for Working with Sales Planning and Brand teams to have full understanding of Sales needs for new items launches, special packs, materials, & grids\.

• Agency coordination for materials development where needed\.

• Manage the development and budget associated with Trade Ads

Sales Materials on Commercial Connections:

• Responsible for the posting of all Sales materials & product images to the Commercial Connections site in a usable format for Sales colleagues\.

• Responsible for the posting of the weekly communication to field sales \(with content provided by Sales Planning Managers\)

Manage Day\-to\-Day 3rd Party Sales & Marketing Distribution Center activities:

• Lead and manage the day\-to\-day contact with Edgewell's 3rd Party Sales & Marketing Distribution Center\.

• Manage the budget for the 3rd Party Distribution Center


• Works closely with Sales Planning, Retail Operations, and Finance to support the budget process, review ROI on Sales Operations projects, etc\.

• Stay within available budget for sales samples and selling materials

• Provide Business Reporting / Insights from PLATO trade management tool for SPMs

• Responsible for ECRM trade ad tracker

Analytics :

• Conduct as needed business analysis including Business Reviews and Best Practices learnings across all LOBs supporting Sales Planning and Field Teams

• Source for analytics include: PLATO trade management tool, TABS, ECRM trade ad tracker, Nielsen

• Supports special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

• The ideal candidate will have very strong analytical skills, be a driven self\-starter, and a creative problem solver who can confidently communicate information and results\.

##### **Required Skills and Experience** • Bachelor's Degree

• 3\-5 years in consumer products industry

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Solid account, project, and time management skills

• Ability and willingness to accommodate travel up to 5%
