Job Description:We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.The candidate would be responsible for ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Effectively manage a large number of customer appointments- Properly follow up with Technicians and Sub-Contractors to assure timely arrival to scheduled appointments- Generate sales leads though social media and other online sources- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Develop Rapport and trust through open and interactive communication with customers and vendors- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Go the extra mile to engage customersRequirements:- Customer support experience- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Strong communication and active listening skills- Service focused and ability to adapt/respond quickly to changing circumstances- Excellent presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- High school degreeEmail us or Call the Office at
