The Sales Specialist,Customer Experience located remotely will provide Solution specific expertise to the sales team and targeted buyers. This position is a subject matter expert supporting the Multi-state territory in selling Speech Analytics, Multi-Channel Survey and Text Analytics Software. This role is also responsible for driving product sales via opportunities identification, builds demand, cultivates interest and drives competitive differentiation prior to coordinating with pre-sales team. The position partners heavily with Account Executives across regions in driving Customer Analytic opportunities.

This role will maintain the relationship and drive upsell activity. Contributes to strategic account plans of regional sales teams, and provides interlock between Global Practice team and sales teams to enhance value proposition. This position will help create client meeting content and delivers guidance to Regional Account Executives with specific details for client interactions. The Sales Specialist will interact with other internal departments such as Sales, Pre-sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Services.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

+ Strategic Planning - develop and execute against strategic Advanced Application product sales plans with RVP's; highly proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement; maintains detailed, appropriate information in identifying key decision-makers and all upcoming purchases, tasks and projects. Understanding how to thoroughly research account and contract history in

+ Product Sales - Identify, develop and collaborate on sales opportunities with regional sales team and RVP's. Drive product sales and growth through the field sales organization and their own prospecting efforts. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and handle a high volume of activity.

+ Product Expertise - clearly communicates Verint's target and content appropriate value proposition; quality medium to large size prospects.

+ Cross Team Coordination - work with the RVP's and other Sales Specialists to drive EIS Americas field learning's and competitive strategies; serves as a critical team member of Verint's sales team driving incremental revenue.

+ Forecasting and reporting- provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform strategic decision making.

+ Thoroughly assess the customer's needs through deep discovery at customers and present an appropriate sales solution, utilizing resources within the regional Pre Sales teams where appropriate.

+ Provide effective sales presentations/product demonstrations to prospective customer management.

+ Maintain effective relationships with established customers and develop strategies to maximize revenue opportunities through increased portfolio usage.

+ Provide the sales management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.

+ Provide routine updates to with account activity and status.

+ Maintain a thorough on-going knowledge of Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A minimum of (5) years of sales experience selling complex enterprise software and/or high value services.

+ Consistent track record of quota achievement.

+ Closing complex opportunities with Global 1,000 accounts.

+ Consultative, value-based sales methodology and experience. Customer references demonstrating this would be ideal.

+ Executive presence and boardroom presentation skills.

+ Requires 25-50% regular travel within your designated territory.

+ Successful completion of the background check process, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal convictions, OFAC, SS Verification and credit, where available and in accordance with federal and local regulations

**Preferred Requirements:**

+ Bachelors' Degree in related field.

+ (2)+ years' experience selling Voice of the Customer, Business Intelligence, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Social Media, CRM or Market Research solutions.

+ Working knowledge of value added ROI business process sales engagements.
