Job Description:

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! They will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. Sales Managers will have to be trained and developed from the bottom up before taking over the position. Organic growth is very important to our firm and we believe in individual must be "able" to perform any task from entry level on up in order to effectively lead a team. All promotions and development is based on performance, instead of seniority. This is done to attract top performers and individuals who believe they can take on larger responsibilities at an accelerated pace. The proof will be in the pudding, so to say! Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the sales team activitiesEstablish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales teamAnalyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on team and individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative sales strategiesBuild and form new partnerships with potential clients Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldExperience as a supervisor or managerStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clients

It is a newer company with a ton of growth opportunity. We are looking to open up 5 more branches within the next two years and eventually expand countrywide.
