Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work out of our Downtown NY office to increase the rapidly growing Online subscriptions portfolio at Incisive Media. The online subscription business has shown tremendous growth in 2016 and will grow even further. This is a chance to be part of the fastest growing and highest profile, award winning sales team at Incisive Media.

Working within a vibrant international team and focusing exclusively on North American territories, you will generate new business revenues by selling enterprise-solution access to our premium online portal within the world's most prestigious banks and financial institutions. In this job, you will have responsibility for growing existing individual and enterprise-wide subscription accounts as well as generating new business prospects and revenues.

The job will also involve a mix of telephone-based and field sales but the main focus will be meeting with c-level and executive clientele face to face. This is an excellent platform for an ambitious sales person who is driven to reap the rewards of their talents with ample long term career progression opportunities.


Ability to develop a pipeline using organization and diligent follow-up.
Reliable, assertive team player with a positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Clear and concise communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, negotiation, and closing skills.
College degree preferred.
Face to face sales experience, preferably in B2B sales in publishing at an entry to mid-level experience, within large organizations.
A basic knowledge of the financial/trading technology markets.
