Job Description:

This is a full-time position with excellent growth potential for a problem solver with a can-do attitude. This position will report to the VP of Digital Marketing & Advertising Services and be responsible for administering and helping to manage Pay per Click (PPC) media strategies for clients. This position is a great opportunity for a smart and energetic team player who is a creative and proactive thinker to help plan, manage and optimize successful Google and Bing campaigns for our clients. We are searching for a talented and creative individual with a strong interest in PPC marketing to join our team. Position Responsibilities: Has an advanced understanding of Paid Search best practices and strategy and has the ability to create and manage PPC campaigns. Understands the role that Paid Search plays in a larger, holistic digital strategy and can make Paid Search and wider digital marketing recommendations based on the tactical mix and performance within that strategy. Has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter and Yahoo Gemini platforms. Has a strong analytical understanding, can implement phone call and on-site conversion tracking and can glean meaningful insights from cross channel attribution. Demonstrates strong presentation skills. Has the ability to participate in sales pitches taking on the role of Paid Search/Digital strategy subject matter expert. Demonstrates leadership and has the ability to takes broad direction from senior management and execute against it. Demonstrates the ability to be a critical thinker, understanding the why of Paid Search, not just the how. Effectively write client facing reports, analyzing performance and making appropriate recommendations related to Paid Search best practices. Is responsible for all day-to-day campaign maintenance and optimizations for assigned clients. Handles strategy for assigned clients. Is the Paid Search primary point of contact for all assigned clients. Should communicate clearly and effectively with senior team members, account team, client and wider internal teams on any matters pertaining to their assigned clients. Works with all internal teams to identify upsell and other opportunities within Paid Search. Is resourceful and looks for answers to questions but is not afraid to ask for help, is humble and excels at it. Has a "can-do", entrepreneurial attitude even in the most stressful of situations. Looks at all situations, as an opportunity to solve a problem, with an upbeat and highly self-motivated personality Desired Skills and Experience Requirements: Has 1-3 years of Paid Search experience and has a robust knowledge of Social and SEO strategy, in particular Paid Social strategy. A bachelor's degree is preferable. Must be able to multi-task and keep on top on multiple priorities and clients simultaneously. Knowledge of email marketing, social media, HTML and current web publishing standards would be highly regarded. Organizational and strong interpersonal communication skills required; ability to think analytically and problem solve. MS Office proficiency.
