Job Description:

Our client, an educational organization, is currently seeking a CRM Programmer Analyst in Waterbury, CT. JOB SUMMARY:CRM Programmer/Analyst is responsible for the design, development & maintenance of multiple Oracle CRM On Demand implementations at the University. The programmer/analyst will define technical requirements and create architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. Work closely with the business teams using CRM and business analysts to design, implement and improve the business processes supported by CRM. The ideal candidate is self-driven with a "get it done" mentality and a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the CRM platformLead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with business unit objectivesManage the technical delivery of custom development, integration, and data migration elements of a CRM implementationDevelop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the CRM platformDesign, develop & support reports & dashboards within the CRM applicationWork with business users to develop & implement new workflows as well as improve existing workflows as neededManage administration of the platform including but not limited to user & role provisioning, page layouts, sales process, etc.Experience with relational databases and writing queries with MS SQLManage technical scopes and user expectationsDeliver technical design documentsDesign and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is deliveredDemonstrate technical thought leadershipAll other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems6+ years of CRM industry experienceMinimum 5 years of with CRM platforms like Oracle CRM On Demand or SiebelAdept at developing working and thoroughly tested solutions.NET (C#) development experience including working knowledge of WCF and REST endpointsPrevious experience in implementing REST Web Service and using markup technologies (XML, XSL, and SOAP) a strong plusExtensive JavaScript and related web development experience-jQuery experience a plusBackground in development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product life-cycleStrong knowledge of SOA, OOAD, database design, and software design patternsEffective communicator, written and verbal, that works well in a collaborative team environmentBackground in User Experience, preferredKnowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL preferredAbility to forge strong working partnerships within Information Technology, with other internal business partnersArchitecting and developing high redundancy and concurrency systems with low latencyExperience implementing CRM within the context or a Data Warehouse architecture, preferredWorking knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party enterprise integration tools, preferred Personal Competencies:The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Strong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced setting
