Registered Investment Advisor (Retail Sales) Requirements:Aggressive, tenacious, highly-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.Seasoned financial services professional (minimum Series 65).Maintain high activity and a great multitasker.Comfortable dealing with prospects of considerable wealth (confident, dynamic and assertive).Driven to make significant income (history of a great track record required).Successfully history of selling investment management to retail HNW clients (minimum of 5 years required).High skill set in closing new business.Highly ethical and professional (Pristine U4, U5 credit). Our Firm:Nation's largest independently owned RIA - AUM ($60BB and climbing).Money Manager -- nationally recognized TV personality (Fox Business, Bloomberg, WSJ, TV, CNBC, etc.)Author -- Forbes Magazine (30 yrs.), 10 published books (4 New York Times Best Sellers!).Top 25 Most Influential Figures in the Financial Industry (Investment Advisor Magazine).Masters of marketing our product to the most affluent prospective clientele. Registered Investment Advisor (Retail Sales) Description:Work with 80-100 warm leads (prospects that have reached out to the firm) a month, contact these High Net Worth prospects on the phone, determine their needs and when appropriate, schedule a face-to-face meeting to discuss the firm's product offerings.Meet with the client using a direct consultative selling approach, gain the client's acceptance to move their assets to the firm.All investment decisions will be selected and managed by a dedicated Portfolio Management Team.All future client relationship management and retention will be managed by our professional service team. Compensation:A significant base salary + bonus on new assets + revenue share (first year income target is ~$250,000).Complete benefits program that includes medical and dental plans at no cost to you.Individuals in this role should expect to double the first year's income in the first 3-4 years (if not sooner).Top sales people in this role are making seven-figure incomes.
