GENERAL FUNCTION: Assigned as actual customer without being detected by the staff on bus routes while observing and determining various factors of customer service. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum possession of a High School Diploma/GED. At least one (1) year of quality assurance experience with the ability to submit a complete, accurate and detailed report. Valid drivers' license as individual will be required to travel in the course of their daily work. Proficient in software programs (word processing and spreadsheet), Internet applications, email and utilization of all relevant office equipment. Must have access to personal computer and ability to email reports to Company. Must be able to handle confidential information. The ability to prioritize tasks and have excellent communication skills (especially written), interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy. Must be able to work independently. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Observing and determining various factors of customer service and safe driving in an inconspicuous manner. Submit detailed reports of findings in a timely manner. Has thorough working knowledge of Agency policies and procedures. Schedule: Must be available to work early morning to afternoon, seven days per week, as needed. May be requested to work other times if available. Weekly hours will vary but will generally be between 5 and 15 hours per week. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
