Job Description:

Summit Retail Solutions is a premier and fast growing privately owned and operated marketing agency looking to fill ENTRY-LEVEL sales and customer service representative positions. This job entails face to face sales and customer service to new and existing customers. Our niche has been our ability to act as the liaison between our major clients and their customers. Through our unique, relationship oriented approach we have been able to provide our clients tremendous results in the areas of customer retention, acquisition and increased market share. Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and promotions are strongly encouraged to apply. Although this is an entry level position, the company has implemented a detailed process to identify motivated and qualified employees to promote into management positions in as little as 12 months. We pride ourselves on internal promotion. Duties and Responsibilities:Attract and engage potential customers by providing excellent product or service knowledge.Suggesting information about other products and services through presentation of features and benefits.Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information timely and accurately.Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs and wants.Prepare product or service paperwork and or reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.Inform customers of company information, deals, and promotions.Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.Accept payment and personal information to record for vendor while retaining confidentiality at all times.Manage promotional material such as inventory, marketing supplies, and displays.
