POSITION: Corporate Manager, Reliability and Maintenance
LOCATION: New Canaan CT (Norwalk/Stamford Area)
SALARY: $140-180K+ 25% Targeted Bonus
EXPERIENCE: 8+ Years
RELOCATION: Relocation Package - Must be based in Connecticut
Generic Role Description
Corporate Liaison to the plants and provide production maintenance management including equipment maintenance, calibration, planning and scheduling and CMMS management in a corporate capacity. Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements as related to equipment maintenance and national facilities functions.
Lead the maintenance organizations to execute preventative and corrective maintenance.
Drive the utilization CMMS and Total Productive Maintenance Techniques to identify reliability opportunities in the manufacturing plants.
Direct maintenance/process engineers to establish robust maintenance systems, preventative maintenance programs, maximize equipment reliability and establish meaningful KPIs
Lead the calibration group in defining instrument criticality, calibration frequency, audit procedure robustness and monthly on time execution.
Drive continuous improvement and long range plan for site master plan.
Drive energy management efficiency program
Manage equipment reliability programs to analyze maintenance data and customer information to improve preventive maintenance effectiveness.
Develop and manage the department expense budget aligned with site objectives
Support and meet Corporate goals. Promote and maintain a safe working environment for team and customers.
Minimum requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline and 8 years of related professional experience
5+ years supervisory experience
Experience in multi site facilities and equipment maintenance management
Experience in dealing with external regulatory agencies (FDA, EMEA, OSHA, EPA, etc.)
Experience in budget and project management
