Support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources,
projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When
required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and
education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate
project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business
decisions. The candidate will be responsible for administering the Farmington Duck Creek office. Hours are 10am-2pm, Mon-Fri, but occasional flexibility is required, ranging anywhere between 7 am- pm. Please note, the modified hours will occur very rarely (typically less than once per month). Key responsibilities include,but not limited to: Hosting all visitors Coordinating new hire interviews (computer setup, room reservation, etc.) Coordinating office events, including active participation on the Employee Activity Team Scheduling and setting up office-wide meetings Maintaining office inventory and kitchen supplies Daily maintenance/tidying of common areas (kitchen, conference rooms, cubicle space) Troubleshooting office issues (IT, printers, fax/scan, etc.) Scheduling and overseeing onsite office maintenance Helping to onboard new employees Serving as the main point of contact for all Farmington employees and outside vendors Ability to work independently is a must. Desired qualities include energetic, proactive, and good organizational skills. *Duck Creek Technologies is a joint venture between Apax Partners and Accenture, which we anticipate will be effective as of August 1, 2016. Though Accenture provides Duck Creek Technologies with administrative support, any potential employment resulting from this application is with Duck Creek Technologies and not Accenture. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience as an office administrator. Preferred Skills: Good communication skills. Proven experience in office administration including event planning, and office stock maintenance. BA is preferred. Candidates who are currently on
