-Ability to close a call within 20 seconds

-Ability to work with various software: meeting reservation system, work order management

-Experience with switch board and ability to transfer calls accordingly

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications.

-Ability to communicate with all levels of management

-Excellent written and communication skills required

-Detail oriented, with focus on high quality and customer support.

-Independent thinker, with ability to multi-task

**Primary Responsibilities:**

-Answer the company's Call Center AKA Help Desk line that supports (2) locations in Westchester county.

-Answer the Main Number for PepsiCo Inc and direct the call as needed.

-Process work order through a work order management system, Center Stone.

-Ensure that work tickets are enter in work order system (Center Stone) and closed in a timely manner. Follow up with staff and associates on unresolved tickets.

-Develop and issue Departmental KPI's in a timely manner. Follow up with staff to ensure that KPI information and data is accurate and timely in receiving.

-Support the Main reception desk by welcoming visitors, print badges, answer main reception line and transfer accordingly.

-Print workstation an office names tags weekly and issue to staff for installation.

-Other Duties as assigned
