The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer care and a perfect customer interface experience. This is done by first being a great listener and capable of offering a warm, energetic and dynamic personality, combined with an in-depth knowledge of the Nutrimom product and services each and every time.

This role supports a cross-functional team as customer care is intertwined in the business - from our Moms to our Retail accounts to activities surrounding e-Commerce and Social Media - a Core Competency within ELN.

You will be part of a small team that has recently launched a new business model therefore you must thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that is creating SOP's simultaneous to pivoting in this continuous improvement environment.

There will be minimal travel. Would be encouraging trade show, conference attendance and or software training approximately 1 time per year.

You will be responsible for:

* Accurate product and service communications and timely resolution of all discrepancies

* Initiating corrective action to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

* Suggesting alternative processes and ideas for continuous improvement (Improving customer scripts)

* Maintaining customer records in various software programs

* Redirecting customers' requests for cancellation

* Participating in projects with the broader team as needed

* Performing assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files

* Serving as liaison for Logistics, Sales, and Manufacturing activities as it pertains to customer orders and execution

* Supporting product supply, demand, and supply planning initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent listening skills and customer-first mentality

* Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with customers in a calm, compassionate manner

* Attention to details with an effective time management skill set for timely follow up

* Entrepreneurial, flexible, and "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Experience working cross-functionally

* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

* Experience working with front-end/back-end customer ordering systems

* Bachelors Degree preferred
