This is a true 1099 independent contractor business opportunity with 100% commission. Publishers will receive the exclusive rights to represent Attorney at Law Magazine in their market. With a 21-year proven turnkey startup system, the publisher will begin the process with an intensive training via webinar followed up with consistent support through conference calls and one-on-one training. As an independent contractor, you will be the representative of Attorney at Law Magazine in your market with no startup fees, no license or distributor fees and no inventory to purchase. Publishers will have minimal investment to get their business off the ground. Target Market Media also offers publishers the opportunity to convert into a financed franchise if they believe it is the right direction for them. The publisher will be responsible for generating advertising and marketing dollars for the magazine as well as maintaining customer accounts. PUBLISHER SUPPORT As a part of Target Market Media's dedication to each publisher and magazine the company will provide the following support as the publisher grows his/her business:An initial orientation and on-going training;The financing of the entire business;Magazine design and layout;Print and circulation of magazine, including the development of a print mailing list;National editorial and an editorial and proofreading staff;Design of marketing materials, including rate cards and business cards; andInvoicing and collection of all client accounts. COMPENSATION ???Compensation is 100% commission-based. Commission rates are very competitive, ranging from 25-40%. In addition to base commission, publishers have frequent sales contests that can generate additional income as well as unique barter and trade opportunities to supplement cash commission. On average, publishers receive and utilize between $25,000 and $75,000 in barter per year. Target Market Media's compensation package is designed to offer publishers a six-figure income. Within the first year, full-time publishers average between $65,000-$80,000 in the first 12 months. Top publishers have historically earned over $10,000 in commission per month.
