Job Description:

SUMMARY We are currently seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with strong business development and HR experience to help expand on and maintain our existing team of IT professionals. A great candidate will have a strong background in recruiting services and be in-tune with the latest trends in software and applications development in the IT industry. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as point contact for all IT Recruiting efforts on behalf of Eastern Computer Exchange Design and implement overall recruiting strategies for IT employment opportunities Meet with hiring managers to determine job responsibilities and requirements Develop/Post/Maintain job descriptions based on approved role objectives in all employment databases (i.e. job boards, social media, corporate career websites and other possible employment search engines) Screen, interview and select applicants for upper management review Conduct initial phone interviews to instruct applicants on the nature of the positions and interview process Compile possible candidate demographics for tracking and reporting purposes Perform/record professional reference checks Compose all on-boarding documentation including, but not limited to, email correspondence, offer and rejection letters, etc. REQUIREMENTS BS/MS in Human Resources or Business Management Four (4) years recruiting/HR experience (minimum) Understanding and general knowledge about IT industry trending standards and business practices Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress, etc) Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc) Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision making skills
