**We're looking for a**

## Manager, Services Presales \(United States\)

The Manager, Solution Architecture is a business partner working collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Success organizations as well as directly with prospective clients and customers\. In this role, you report to the AVP, Solution Architecture\. This role leads a team of solution architects in identifying areas of opportunities with prospects and existing customer base, assisting in responding to RFPs, participating in project scoping conversations with prospective customers, and developing Statements of Work\. In addition, this role will be focused on continuously improving the solution architecture team culture, processes, and offerings\.

**In this role you will\.\.\.**

+ Lead and develop a team of Pre\-sale Solution Architects
+ Position services to prospects in Pre\-sales of our Software
+ Gather business and technical requirements and customize/develop presentations and discussions to differentiate Cornerstone's Services
+ Clearly demonstrate the value of Cornerstone Consulting Services to diverse audiences, both in person and virtually
+ Build customer relations through sales and follow\-up calls and presentations/demonstrations
+ Assist sales managers in identifying consulting services opportunities, developing proposals, and closing sales opportunities
+ Interface and coordinate efforts with sales team members to demonstrate and develop/configure project plans and proposals
+ Author statement of work \(SOW\) contract documents
+ Develop and leverage knowledge of industry trends and specific customer current/future solutions in order to differentiate Cornerstone Consulting Services
+ Define customer business requirements and prepare gap analysis
+ Work directly with customer personnel and Cornerstone professional services team to define and specify application requirements
+ Provide functional and technical analysis
+ Create value\-added consulting offerings that lead to increased adoption of the Cornerstone technology
+ Develop and refine the operational aspects of creating, pricing and delivering service offerings
+ \.\.\.and being the rockstar you are, be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed

**You've got what it takes if you have\.\.\.**

+ B\.A\. / B\.S\. or relevant work experience
+ The ability to translate the value of the Cornerstone OnDemand platform into clear business results for prospects and customers
+ 3\-5 years minimum of management experience
+ Consultative experience with engagements creating and leading strategy at the executive level
+ 5 years of domain experience in HCM and/or OD
+ Domain experience with creating and sponsoring HCM software deployments either as an internal program sponsor or as an external consultant
+ Demonstrated value / ROI of large scale transformational HCM efforts; including managing vendor selection, internal budget, resource allocation, and outcome\-based results for the organization
+ At least 3 years' experience selling, consulting or professional services supporting client's strategies and business objectives
+ Deep understanding and knowledge of Talent Management, Cloud Computing and Software\-as\-a\-Service delivery models
+ Knowledgeable of talent management lifecycle including Learning Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Recruiting business processes
+ Excellent presentation and communications skills and ability to adjust message by audience \(Executive, IT, Line of Business\)
+ Proven ability to recruit, manage and grow teams of delivery and/or pre\-sales consultants
+ Proven ability to organize, prioritize, work effectively and independently and meet deadlines
+ Outstanding service\-orientation and strong interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with colleagues and clients
+ Energetic, and motivated, self\-starter and trusted team player
+ Ability to travel approximately 30\-50% of the time

+ Advanced degree \(MS, MA, PhD, MBA\)
+ Global consulting experience in the areas of Integrated Talent Management, strategic HCM or related domain
+ Human Capital Management software or service sales
+ Fluency in multiple languages
