of specialty metals. Our customers include leading companies in the aerospace, technology, and alternative energy markets. Aerodyne is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative who possesses a passion for providing world class customer service that

+ Under general direction, respond to inbound sales calls/customer telephone inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, pricing and delivery options.

+ Make outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting, expanding the customer base, and for marketing of additional products/services to existing customers.

+ Position the Company and its products with existing and potential customers in alignment with defined sales strategy.

+ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

+ Work with field sales staff to ensure a coordinated and effective regional sales effort.

+ Document customer orders in an accurate and timely manner and provide information as necessary to other departments/individuals within the organization to ensure high quality customer service.

+ Provide quotations, determining inventory availability necessary to meet customer needs and notifying appropriate person(s) of low inventory levels.

+ Provide customers with necessary technical assistance regarding product specifications.

+ Visit customer locations as necessary to maintain effective working relationships and represent Company at designated trade shows.

+ Be knowledgeable of and provide information on competition, market trends and new product ideas on an on-going basis.

+ Prepare reports and correspondence as required.



+ Four Year Degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred OR proven experience providing customer service in an industrial setting.

+ Knowledge of the special metals industry is preferred

+ Proven closer in telephone selling

+ Possess the following traits: self-motivated, and aggressive in pursuing and achieving objectives; team player
