The Commercial Serviceable Assets (CSA) organization is seeking a sales manager to join our Aftermarket Services team (CSA & PWEL). CSA is a fast paced, "out of the box" thinking organization which provides customers increased value through alternative material solutions and flexible tailored material packages. The successful candidate of this specialized sales opportunity will have to be creative, flexible and willing to learn. This sales position will focus on supporting CSA customers and P&W internal shops when required, with serviceable material options across all engine models to include GP7000 and V2500. This position will be located in either East Hartford, Connecticut or Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Direct contribution to the CSA profit plan, fill rate, and inventory turn objectives through execution of material sales.

Identify, develop, and execute on material sales strategies with focus on expanding CSA services through new programs and products.

CSA is expanding our service provider strategies and this position will be a key focal point.

Provide superior customer service. Support and expand customer relationships.

Will work on a team to help develop the GTF aftermarket material strategy.

Will work with Engine Services team on engine campaigns and customer fill rate objectives.

Continually learn and understand the aftermarket industry, our customers, and competitors.

Develop material pricing strategies that are consistent with overall group strategy

Ability to work in a very dynamic, highly energetic, fast paced environment with focus on achieving organizational metrics.

Handle all aspects of customer order administration including processing orders, processing quotes, communicating material availability and pricing information, delivery schedules, and expedite requests.

Provide coverage, as needed, of all accounts in the group to assist co-workers

Participate on / lead off hours customer support conference calls

Qualifications 3+ years of sales/related experience required.

* Prior experience working with customers.

* Business level written and verbal communications skills required.

* Aerospace materials knowledge is a plus.

* Negotiation skills are important.

* Ability to work independently as well as with a dynamic team.

* Knowledge of SAP preferred.

* Ability to favorably resolve complex business and sales issues preferred Education BA/BS degree or higher
