SAGE Dining Services?? is looking for a full time Sous Chef/Lead Cook who is experienced and able to produce menus at a high level for a private boarding school in Cheshire, CT.

We have a scratch menu daily and our client community deserves the best food around. Although at a private school, this not your cafeteria food.

Tentative schedule:

* Schedule will include one weekend day shift

* Total of 40 hours per week


* Awesome culinary talent

* 10 years minimum cooking experience

* Culinary degree preferred

* Superior customer service/leadership skills

* Ability to mentor culinary team

* Flexibility and reliability

* High volume food experience preferred

* Servsafe certificate a plus


* Lead the production team

* Produce daily menu as well as all catering events

* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation & organization of kitchen area

* Other duties that help in SAGE's mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
