The Dannon Company is hiring an Associate Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Planning to create and execute strategies, tools and enablers that drive our business within Away from Home channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the short and long-term commercialization strategy for all Dannon brands within Foodservice channels.

* Partner closely with sales teams in the field and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Strategy & Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance) to drive go-to-market strategy and plans for Foodservice customers.

* Lead the development of selling stories and marketing materials to translate our portfolio and commercial strategies for all Foodservice channels, enabling customer teams to sell.

* Bring new innovative products to market for Foodservice customers, leading customer targeting, sell story development, channel marketing strategy and customer execution.

* Manage branded product portfolio and assortment for Foodservice channels.

* Drive connection between internal Retail sales and marketing teams and Foodservice sales organization; work proactively to ensure Foodservice customer needs are incorporated in marketing and innovation plans.

* Manage Foodservice department budget to effectively allocate resources amongst priority projects across all channels.

* Work seamlessly with Foodservice agencies to create effective channel communications.

* Ability to travel 25% of the time


* Bachelor degree; MBA preferred

* 5+ years of CPG or Foodservice marketing and/or sales progressive experience

* Excellent follow-through, planning and organizational skills

* Superior communication skills (written and verbal)

* Ability to learn fast and operate in a dynamic environment

* Proven leadership skills with an entrepreneurial & solution-focused mindset

* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
