Amphenol Fuyang - Changzhou Amphenol Fuyang Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. established in 1996, is one of the Amphenol divisions in China, specializing in manufacturing, managing, researching and developing radio frequency coaxial connectors, jumper cables and related accessories used for wireless mobile base station such as connectors for mobile base station antenna, indoor HF connectors, and leaking connectors for metro application. The company's products sell globally, and are very popular in the market. With strong new product developing capability, our R&D group can work with customers' engineer team directly to meet the customers' special design requirements. Adopting the international standard software and hardware equipment, we do strict testing on each step, form design, trial production to experimental verification, in order to guarantee the high quality and the reliable performance. Well-trained high-skilled workers and advanced CNC can ensure the high output and low cost production.

Functional Scope: Responsible for various primary and secondary accounts as well as penetration into new accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Develop personal relationships and rapport with key buying and design influences at major wireless OEM, operators and other customers and distribution outlets.

* Manage and develop key accounts.

* Achieve budgeted order volume.

* Develop and implement strategies to penetrate accounts and increase order volume in new and existing accounts.

* Implement marketing plans through personal selling.

* Promote Amphenol Fuyang products and assists customers in selecting the correct parts to fit the application.

* Collect competitive data and reports to Marketing.

* Represent the Company in the market place and develop positive customer attitudes towards the Company.

* Assist in order budgeting and project orders as required.

* Provide feedback on market conditions and trends.

* Maintain customer service levels through expediting orders, quotations, samples etc.

* Negotiate corporate contracts on behalf of the Company.

* RF/Wireless Telecom sales/engineer background preferred

Position Specifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/work experience plus 5 years direct sales experience in a related field. Well-developed interpersonal skills required. Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, under pressure and with frequent interruptions. Must have a working knowledge of personal computers. Must possess strong diplomacy, administrative, interpersonal and problem solving skills. A professional appearance is required. Self-motivated, an ability to work with minimum supervision.

Location: Dallas TX area.

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel.
