* Drive the brand strategy for evian and Badoit, building on Global plan and ensuring local NORAM relevancy

* Bring brand strategy to life with a full activation calendar for evian and Badoit for NORAM through

* Generate integrated connection planning (ICP) briefs and lead cross agency developments to define connection idea and creative expression to select relevant touchpoints to ensure topline growth: packaging, PR, Social, POSm, channel activation, event

* Capability to define how activation is connected to brand platform and aligned with brand objectives

* Lead coordination of events and partnerships with local organizations: show leadership and mastery of the brand strategy and objectives, ability to select what is relevant for the brand and maintain local relevancy, lead event coordination

* Ability to select and build customer specific plans connected to activation calendar

* Negotiate scope of work and fees with agencies to gain highest value for DWA that will result in a favorable working contract

* Ability to define and track KPIs (IRI, panel, customer information, social KPIs) to identify opportunities and integrate into brand plans

* Strong communication skills : verbal, written and presentation to clearly communicate objectives, gain alignment and negotiate across stakeholders (DWA community, external agencies, EVW)

* Strong ability to switch between big picture and day-to-day to drive projects forward without losing sight of the overall goals

* Ability to influence global teams: provide insight into NORAM needs, provide the right data to substantiate requests, and influence strategy and content development at global level for both brands

* Ability to manage young talent: design project list, give ownership and empowerment in projects, provide on the job training and show ways of working in NORAM environment, be an example to follow.


* Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.

* 7-10 years in Marketing positions in FMCG and ideally beverage industry

* Passion for the brand, strong energy and willingness to move forward

* Strategic and analytical thinking: ability to shape a vision and a strategy and translate it in concrete actions/plans

* Action oriented and pragmatism

* Ability to drive lateral thinking and propose alternative solutions

* Excellence in execution, pays attention to details

* Capability to brief, drive and provide constructive feedback to external parties and his/her team

* Good stakeholders management: ability to influence others, to get results through others.
