In Home Sales Professionals - are you interested in turning your expertise into a rewarding career with a small rapidly growing residential remodeling and handyman company? We have just the opportunity for you! Due to our continued growth we are looking for top candidates for open positions as an In-Home Sales Representative.

You will be provided with hot leads, which you will convert into sales of residential remodeling and handyman projects. This is a highly visible position in which you will not only make customer presentations and close deals, but will also work with our Operations Department to ensure quality work and exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


* Identify customers' needs through effective presentations and will develop appropriate system solutions based on those needs.

* Preparing Proposals and furnishing a complete equipment materials list to the Operations Department.

* Submitting proposals to clients in a timely manner.

* Obtaining client signatures on contracts, securing down payments, and submitting signed contracts and down payments to the Operations Department in a timely manner.

* Collecting final payment upon job completion and submitting to the Operations Department in a timely manner.

* Soliciting referrals.

* Marketing other services such as Home Energy Audits and Snow Removal.

* Achieving company sales objectives.

Job Requirements:

* Proven home improvement sales experience, including experience in estimating and composing all required paperwork and documents to ensure efficient and profitable installation.

* Self-motivated and consultative with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to exceed goals and expectations.

* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and the ability to use cloud based proposal and scheduling systems.

* A smartphone with a camera, email and texting.

* Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

* Have your own reliable vehicle capable of carrying at least a 4'5" Little Giant Ladder.
