Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist (E-Commerce Associate) will work directly with company managers and be responsible for multiple tasks, including the following. - Customer Service: Exceptional Email and Telephone customer service is the staple of our business and the heart of our brands. A successful applicant will have customer service skills and experience and/or the desire to learn and apply them. - Writing Skills: Our responses to customer emails are focused on the issue, question, or problem presented. A successful applicant will possess excellent writing skills that are professional, concise, and empathetic to the needs of our customers. - Telephone Skills: Telephone inquiries are a great way to "touch" a customer and make a great impression, sell a product, or simply empower that person with knowledge. A successful applicant will efficiently convey professionalism, confidence, and product information to each and every customer. - Computer Skills: Our company relies heavily on the use of computers to manage and grow our businesses. A successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word in order to perform essential functions. - Customer Follow-Up: Timely follow-up to customer emails and telephone calls is essential to the success of our business. This is often the best way to build a relationship and gain a customer "for life." A successful applicant will possess the organizational skills to schedule follow-ups and the responsibility to see them through. - Product Education: Our customers rely on us to provide them with quick and accurate information regarding the products we sell. A successful candidate will be willing to learn about the items we sell and convey that information confidently to our customers.
