Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Technical Account Lead to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a liaison between client and Axiom Technology GroupPartner with help desk staff to resolve help desk level technical issuesInsure full client satisfaction to resolutions when client received support from other Axiom team membersAdvocate for client and insure that client is receiving the full value of the support package that was soldManage all open tickets by providing on-site technical support as well as manage other technical vendors used by the clientEnsure client technologies are monitored in accordance with client's ever changing business needs, recommend well researched products and services that align with client's needsMonitor all security programs and administer password changes to prevent unauthorized access to privileged data and informationManage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus and anti-spamMaintain various messaging systems and client platforms (hosted or local Exchange / Outlook etc.)Efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at desktop, server and network levelEnsure client technologies are up to date and in compliance with client's technology life cycleProvide on-site technical support that may involve but not limited to; installation of hardware /systems, software for end user computing, network and communications systemsProperly monitor onsite hours to insure timely visits to client locations as scheduled, possibly requiring work beyond core business hoursParticipate in projects for assigned clients as a project resourceDocumenting client issues and resolutions to maintain internal knowledge baseProvide daily or weekly status reports as requested by Manager or clientContinually review the service agreement and services utilized with the client to be able to demonstrate the active role that Axiom plays in IT support, and if needed allow the opportunity to increase the client's service package SKILLS REQUIRED General SkillsMust be able to work independently and/or in a team environment both at Axiom and on client locationsStrong leadership skills to act as the client's trusted advisor while leveraging technical resourcesSelf-motivated and accountable to own client issues to resolution regardless of magnitudeSolid time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete assigned tasksExcellent communication skills to ensure successful resolution to client issuesStrong written communication skills to participate and assist in the creation of comprehensive documentationAbility to provide knowledge transfer to other members of the support teamAbility to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleagues and clientsAbility to work on site at client locations with respect to client's work environment & staffCapable of maintaining a clam cool composure even when navigating challenging situations and frustrated clients Technical SkillsWindows 2000 - Windows 8Windows Server 2003 - 2012SBS 2003 - 2011MS Exchange 2003 - 2013 (hosted or local)Working knowledge of TCP/IP & DNSUnderstanding of network environments (Wired and Wireless)Fluent with various backup technologies & strategiesSQL and VM/Virtualization experienceHands-on experience with a variety of mobile devices (Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Droid and iOS devices) EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSESMinimum of 3-5 years of post-education IT work experience mandatoryAssociates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar mandatoryExperience with call tracking / ticket management system, Autotask preferredExperience with Managed Services, IT Integration and/or Consulting experience a plusProficient with Helpdesk Standards Methodology preferredPreferred, but not required: MCP, MCSE, MOSRequired: Valid Driver's License COMPANY PERKSFree parkingFree lunch once a weekHoliday and Summer partiesTeam building outingsCheck out the following link to view our company culture video: Axiom Technology Group is a growing Managed Service Provider.
