Job Description:

We are seeking a Bartender/Server/Waitstaff to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment. We are looking to add a strong bartender (3 years or more experience) and a strong, competent server (4 years or more in fine dining). Bartenders could work between 30 - 50 hours per week, Servers could could between 25-40 hours per week. Both positions require someone who is well versed in fine dining and high quality service. Our guests come first and taking care of them is our number one goal. Closely following that requirement is being respectful, trustworthy, and having a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:Serve food and beverages to guestsExplain to guests about menu itemsClean and prepare the dining areasGreet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurantRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashionPerform other restaurant duties as assigned ???Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with guestsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Creativity and strong leadership are required. Menu Creation, organization and other time management skills necessary. Get in on the ground level! Opening our 4th location in CT. Willingness to learn and be part of a strong team mentality is needed.
Paid Vacation after 11 months employment is possible, depending on performance and position.
