Kforce has a client in the Norwalk, CT area that is seeking a Program Delivery Lead. The candidate will lead the transformation and the modernization of the solutions used by the Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Service teams to engage and serve their clients, working closely with Marketing and Finance teams.Responsibilities:

* Lead, plan and deliver the company Sales capabilities modernization program and its activities in accordance with the mission and direction of the Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Service, Marketing and Finance organization, keeping in mind key needs, budget and timelines

* Coordinate and administer all aspects of the ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, budget, leading and controlling program activities, driving decision making, prioritization and validating key deliverables

* Oversee and provide guidance to the project manager(s), and ensure open and clear communication flow is taking place between all team members (business and IT, company, and vendors)

* Oversee 4 - 5 tracks during the initial implementation on a daily basis

* Provides guidance to, review and validate planned program activities and deliveries; progress and seek resolution on road blocks and escalate as appropriate to project sponsors

* Ensures that key learnings and best practices from Salesforce implementations are leveraged, in coordination with company Salesforce NA lead

* Build strong relationships with business head of functions and teams; represent, champion and further the goals and opportunities of these teams in support of key transformation programs

* Display, and continuously actively gather, a detailed understanding for the business needs and objectives of these business functions and related clients based on program

* Provide program management, prioritization, direction, and leadership to team members in order to accomplish defined program deliverables

* Plan, lead, implement and control program work

* Experience delivering programs

* Experience working with on/off-shore teams of 30-50+

* Experience with budgets around $5MM managing projects with Agile methodology

* Strong knowledge of main Sales and Customer Facing business processes, such as lead to cash, and related technology capabilities and trends

* Proven track record of the successful delivery of transformational programs leveraging the platform and eco-system; strong platform expertise

* Excellent senior executive and team-level presentation, verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills

* Excellent thinker with deep hands-on analytical and program management expertise

* Excellent problem solving, communication, collaboration and relationship building skills

* Ability to manage multiple, concurrent work streams and tasks required

* The position is based in Wilton, CT, and requires the ability to be physically present in New York City office as required by the program delivery success
