Role and Responsibilities:
  • Solicit sales from commercial roofers through cold calling and setting appointments with the existing customer base
  • Generates sales leads, demonstrates products or services, negotiates and closes the sale and books the sales transactions and or sales order to meet established goals
  • Sells the organization????????s products and/or services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects within an assigned territory
  • Provide constant information on the commercial roofing market
  • Articulate and promote marketing programs and sales promotions in the field
  • A leader in identifying creative ideas for greater sales
  • Sell significant volume levels of product to large accounts
  • Consistently meets/exceeds expectations in reviews
  • Mentors, coaches, trains less experienced Sales Representatives
  • Penetrate territories and accounts and displace competition
  • Other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor????????s Degree Preferred
  • 2-4 Years Experience

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
  • Commercial Roofing experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong oral communication skills essential
  • Proven ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proven ability to build successful working relationships with customers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly motivated with good time management skills
