Customer Service/ Audit/Data and Order Implementation Service Representative
Part time leading to full time

Mygrotel, a Telecommunication Expense and Vendor Management company, is looking for qualified support individuals to interface with customers, VARs and carriers. Duties would include the pricing and processing of customer’s telecommunications orders, reporting, bill auditing, and trouble ticket entries. This could an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work independently from home and from our offices with a future advancement in mind for years to come as the company continues to grow.
These positions require individuals with experience in emerging telecom voice and data technologies (VoIP and SIP) and traditional local, long distance, conferencing, internet, calling card and wireless orders. Experience in telecommunications customer service, order writing, processing and tracking required. Person may be required to engage in project based work as well. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
