Full-Time Customer Service Representative / Account Executive need for a successful graphic design company. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, energetic and organized, with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to serve the customer. Acts as a primary contact for clients.

Identifies customer needs, develops project details, creates estimates

Inputs estimates and orders in company’s point-of-sale system (PrintSmith)

Attends daily meeting, represents customers’ needs to production

Manages Online Orders – retrieves order information, downloads files, puts into production

Communicates with production team and customers on a regular basis

Reviews client files to ensure production quality and accuracy

Acquires a strong knowledge of the products and services offered

Is highly responsive to customer inquiries

Strategizes with clients by listening, interpreting their needs, and advising on solutions

Communicates courteously with clients through email, over the phone, and in person

Assists clients with the resolution of any problems that may arise


Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good math skills a big plus

Ability to problem-solve and be solutions oriented

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Understanding of basic computer software

Ability to learn new software quickly

Professional customer service demeanor

Highly responsive to customer needs

Ability to create and maintain customer relationships

1+ years customer service required

High School diploma required; college education preferred
