Position: Manager, Total Rewards

Summary

The Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for the planning, design and delivery of all compensation, benefits and recognition programs while ensuring all of our Total Reward programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable and have an impact on the short and long term performance of Inline Plastics.

Essential Function/Duties and Responsibilities

?? Provide compensation solutions through the design of competitive and cost effective compensation programs

?? Manage the annual compensation planning processes, including base pay market pricing, bonus and merit administration

?? Provide health and welfare benefit solutions through the design of competitive and cost effective health and welfare programs

?? Manage the annual health and welfare planning processes, including base pay market pricing, open enrollment and administration.

?? Ensure appropriate job architecture is in place and positions are properly classified and consistent across the organization

?? Ensure compensation systems and strategy are in alignment with Corporate and Human Resources strategy.

?? Conduct local market compensation survey and competitive analysis, guide and supervise the annual salary review process and the implementation of various pay programs

?? Research, develop and implement total reward programs to attract, retain and motivate talent

?? Partner with external resources, community partners, management and senior leadership providing compensation recommendations

Product Safety and Quality

?? Follows Product Safety and Quality standards

?? Follows FDA GMP's in regards to food contact packaging as it pertains to the employee

Safety

?? Practices safe work habits and follows general safety procedures such as proper lifting and bending, ergonomics, proper use of equipment and use of personal protection equipment (PPE)

?? Practices good housekeeping including clutter-free work area and general cleaning; follows FDA product safety standards, follows IPC product defense standards and complies with all SQF requirements

?? Ensures lockout procedures are followed any time the equipment is being cleaned or maintained

Education and/or Experience -

?? 5-7 years' experience in Total Rewards (Health & Welfare, Wellness, 401k, Compensation)

?? Experience in building a best in class Total Rewards program from the ground up including but not limited to: benefit programs, compensation philosophy, bonus and incentive programs and recognition/engagement practices.

?? Demonstrated expertise in the design, funding, compliance, administration, and communication employee benefits and compensation programs; experience in administering sales incentive programs is preferred

?? Knowledge of legislation governing benefit plans (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc)

?? Strong communicator, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions

?? Superior analytical skills and understanding of human resource and financial issues and best practices

?? Must have attention to detail and high data accuracy

?? Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze, listen, clarify, solve problems and work independently

?? Self-starter who will take initiative from day one

?? SPRH, SHRM-SCP, CCP or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist preferred

?? Establish and build relationships with multiple internal/external customers

Language Skills - Able to effectively communicate and present information to employees, department managers, top management, customers, or public groups.

Mathematical Skills - Able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Competent in applying business mathematics concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability - Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Able to interpret an extensive variety of statistical data.
