Company Description Professional Services Firm Job Description The Senior Auditor: * Prepares financial report (statements, footnotes and any supplemental information) and all other client deliverables. * Manages engagement staff to meet deliverable deadlines; identifies roadblocks, and understands critical milestones to meet client service expectations. * Provides quality on the job training and constructive feedback to Interns and Staff. * Actively participates in learning and development opportunities, formal learning ( CPE ) and training programs Required Skills * 2+ years of Government Audit experience in a Public Accounting setting * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting * Knowledge of Auditing, Accounting standards and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( GAAP , GAAS & SEC rules, where applicable) * Knowledge and understands Internal Control deficiencies * Understands Risk assessment process and applies knowledge in completing all related forms * Understands Cash Flow effects of complex activities (non-cash, acquisitions, etc.) * Working knowledge of ProSystem * Microsoft Excel proficient * Great interpersonal skills * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * Strong attention to detail * Highly organized Desired Skills * CPA or parts passed * Experience with HUD Real Estate
