In this role, you will provide educational support to the organization's members throughout all stages of the process to provide the best care possible. This involves, but is not limited to assessing member needs, providing member and family education, and coordinating treatment to help reduce obstacles. Apply today! Company Description Fertility Center Job Description As the Clinical Educator, you will be a member's resource, educator, coordinator, and support person. To facilitate high quality care you will will be responsible for: * Providing clinical support to members * Conducting outbound consultations to members, providing clinical level education on protocols and treatments options, and providing referrals to specialized and/or alternative services * Supporting a member's transition of care from one clinic to another * Creating and hosting member webinars * Providing onsite client seminars * Creating and executing member/community clinical education programs * Curating fertility education content for the website and other internal and external resources * Working with each new Patient Care Advocate (PCA) to create an independent development plan and conduct quarterly competency assessments * Developing continuing education calendar and coordinating the education sessions to ensure that the PCA team meets continuing education requirements * Providing one-on-one education to staff as needed to enhance performance * Working with clinics to stay up to date on new protocols, procedures and technologies within the fertility industry Required Skills * Bachelor's Degree * At least 5 years of clinical experience in the fertility space as an embryologist, nurse, or clinical educator * Ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines * Experience with community education programs (with groups of all sizes 2-100) * High level of compassion * Able to be flexible and adaptable in a complex, changing environment * Strong critical thinking skills Desired Skills * Master's Degree
