In this role, the Intensive Care Unit Nurse (ICU RN) will be responsible for providing total nursing care to patients, including: * Planning, administering and evaluation the nursing care of her patients * Assisting the Physicians in performing special procedures * Assisting in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patient's physical condition * Keeping abreast of changing techniques in critical care nursing and maintaining a high level of expertise in critical care These are full time, contract opportunities for a minimum of 13 weeks working for a prestigious hospital located in Buffalo, NY. Both Local and Travel Nurses (RNs) are encouraged to apply! Required Skills * 2+ years of prior experience working within an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in an Inpatient setting * NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license * BLS and ACLS certifications
