Title: Costing & Pricing Manager
LOCATION: JAMAICA, NEW YORK (JFK AIRPORT)
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF COSTING/PRICING
?? Manage the coordination of menu specification, costing and pricing for all international and domestic airline customers and HMR accounts.
?? Direct the cost analysts in the creation and maintenance of specification manuals and ensure the accuracy of all food and labor cost allocations in the Flying Food Group system.
?? Provide work direction and supervision to the cost analyst staff located throughout the country.
?? Support Marketing initiatives for new and expanded business opportunities.
?? Attend customer menu presentations as required.
?? Assist field users in problem resolution.
?? 5-7 years in a Costing-related position.
?? In depth knowledge of Data based costing applications required.
?? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
?? Must be detailed-orientated and possess excellent management, communication and organization skills.
