This Sales Executive position is responsible for developing new accounts within a designated territory. You will be managing existing accounts, new business and reoccurring monthly/yearly business. The position includes demonstrations of Security related Technology including Video Surveillance and Access Control platforms to our end user target customer base. Account Management and New Business Development are equally important for this role.
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated sales executives who have exceptional communication skills and some previous sales experience in closely related industry.
We have over 30 years' experience in this market. This position will be for a newly developed territory which translates into a lot of opportunity and potential with minimal internal competition.
Job duties include:
?? Creating market share within the designated territory by selling into new potential customers.
?? Learning and Demonstrating the various technology platforms being offered.
?? Diligent follow up on all open sales opportunities.
?? Responsible for managing effective lead generation within your geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
?? Prospect for potential new clients by researching and networking for business opportunities and recommending the best available solutions.
?? Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
?? Processing all sales, including bookings and sales order creation.
?? Working closely with our Pre-Sales Engineering team to assist in system design.
?? Providing clear and timely communication to management with regards to customer needs, satisfaction and forecasting/pipeline.
?? Represent the company at Trade Shows, some overnight stays may be required.
Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma Required. College Degree preferred.
Experience - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Sales/Account Management Role.
Skills - Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Industry Expertise, High Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Creativity, Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close, Technical Learning, Problem Solving, Action Oriented
Valid Drivers' license with clean driving record required.
Minimal overnight travel required.
Frequent Local Travel within driving distance.
