Primary Responsibilities:

* Management concepts through the project life cycle
* Help drive growth through the deployment of new concepts and programs
* Collaborate with cross functional resources
* Track and communicate analytic status to peers and leadership
* Facilitate cross functional meetings and communicate issues / decisions
* Facilitate team meetings and communicate issues / decisions
* Develop and maintain all operational documentation
* Manage multiple projects and programs at various stages
* Create new tools and processes to enhance testing of concepts
* Lead information gathering sessions to enhance testing of concepts
* Ensure new concepts have required data before testing
* Ensure deliverables are met within scope / time frame / resource constraints
* Engage functional partners (Telecom, Technology, Facilities, Operations, Training, Reporting Product, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, etc.) to effectively deliver on each project
* Management of the operational pipeline to ensure operational coverage
* Provide project support for the end - to - end process of testing concepts and programs analytics
* Provide project support to various projects and initiatives within SPOT
* Review process efficiency and effectiveness and identify process improvements
* Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
* Anticipate customer needs and proactively plan for delivery
* Effectively perform project management role including utilization of support tools: Charter / Scope, Project Plan, IRAD / Issue Log, Lessons Learned, etc.
* Recognize risks proactively and utilize appropriate resources to develop mitigation strategies that minimize customer and operational impact
* Communicate / disseminate critical information to multiple audiences including executive - level
* Effectively express ideas and information in writing and orally to individuals and groups
* Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
* Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
* 3+ years of experience in leadership (Ability to successfully manage and lead others; direct and / or matrix supervisor experience) and / or project management role
* 3+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, interpreting complex data into recommendations and making data - driven analytical decisions
* Previous experience functioning in a multi - project environment with changing priorities
* Ability to engage functional partners (AAL, Clinical Programs, Operations, Training, Reporting Quality, Legal, etc.) to effectively deliver on each project
* Previous experience developing a highly functioning project team and drive the team and business leaders on all initiative phases including achieving clarity on scope and deliverables
* Effective data analysis and interpretation experience (ability to encompass business analysis deliverables into work)

Assets:

* Experience in process improvements using Lean and Kaizen methods
* PMP Certification

* Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
* Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
