Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, Filing, Data Entry. Copying, Scanning, Mailings, Etc
- Handle all filing
- Attaching documents to Customer Accounts
- Making copies of various items daily
- Document and update customer records based on interactions with office staff
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Data entry of notes, updates, customer information updates, preparation of daily work
- Customers reminder calls prior to service day/time
- Special projects such as mass mailings and form updates, technician assistance, handling Spanish speaking clients (a Plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, Microsoft Office (MS Word & Excel a must)
- Able to work well with others.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (not required but would be a plus).
