Description
Responsible for
proactive credit and risk administration of assigned portfolio accounts,
including:
  • Underwriting new and existing credit with good
    turnaround times
  • Quality analysis and risk identification
  • Ability to proactively recommend structures and
    implement action plans
  • Strong technical capabilities to maintain
    accurate risk rating models
  • Financial and covenant tracking database and pricing
    models
  • Ability to independently prepare and present Loan
    Reviews
  • Versed in legal documentation and ability to
    negotiate and close loans
  • Regular client interaction to support and complement
    Relationship Manager both for new credit and ongoing servicing and problem
    resolution
  • This is a senior position and as such individual
    must have demonstrated ability to manage complex credits and situations,
    willingness to support less experienced Portfolio Managers and Analysts,
    and partake in Special Projects as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 8+ years relevant Commercial Banking experience
    required
  • Experience in technology industry preferred
  • Competency in financial analysis and credit
    structuring
  • Understanding and applying credit policy, and credit
    monitoring and risk administration practices
  • Expected to have advanced level of credit
    experience, including legal documentation and negotiating credit
    structures both internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal, communication, interpersonal and
    organizational skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and function under pressure
  • Proficient in PC applications, including excel based
    projection modeling

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
