  • 2+ years of complex software sales experience - Knowledge of the software industry - Payroll sales experience is required - Valid US Drivers Liscense
Key Responsibilities The Cloud Software Executive will be responsible for selling the full line of Sage Payroll Services (SPR) and HR services to tier 1 and tier 2 mid-market accounts. In addition, they will drive sales revenue by building a relationship with key players in their prospects, bank partners, CPA firms and banks, becoming a trusted advisor on Sage Payroll products/solutions. The Field Sales Manager stays in total engagement with the account throughout the sales cycle while bringing in additional necessary resources from the Sales Group or Strategic Business Partner. The position requires significant time in face-to-face customer and prospect calls. With general direction, creates and executes territory plan to drive revenue by identifying and cultivating new prospects in assigned territory - Drives payroll and HR Services sales to achieve or exceed quota - Contributes to the entire sales cycle from discovery to first live payroll - Provides accurate forecasts to his/her Management - Assists with completion and submission of accurate new business paperwork including tax forms and powers of attorney - Will work from a home office and be provided the tools to be successful - Ensures accuracy of weekly activity reports and commission coversheets - Assists Sr. Director of Sales by mentoring new account managers by conducting ride-alongs, assisting in territory management and general questions Function Sales Country United States Office Location New Haven; Remote Location Region
