As an Employer Installation Administrator; you would be responsible for working as part of the Configuration Team to implement the benefit structure for new or expanded Medicare and Medicaid state configuration. Primary focus of this role is to complete the development and loading of detailed benefit coverage for the FACETS software system which would include gathering information in regards to customer requirements, expectations for the project, and review or clarify any discrepancies. Attention to detail is vital as well as compliance with the project timelines and documentation requirements. If you have prior experience in working with the FACETS system, this is the opportunity to expand that knowledge while doing it from your home office, anywhere in the United States. As a telecommuter, this offers you the flexibility to perform your work without the hassle and expense of a daily office commute or extensive traveling.

This position is a full-time non-exempt role (40 hours / week) with the expectation of a normal office schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Overall employer configuration loading using various databases and / or source documents
* Audit configuration loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
* Research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions
* Build, maintain, and audit benefits in CSP FACETS
* Analyze data
* Develop the appropriate benefit configuration for either an assigned portion or the entire benefits to detail coverage, benefit allowance, etc.
* Manage workload to meet customer deliverable dates
* Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years of experience with FACETS configuration or another healthcare administration system
* 3+ years of experience with professional and institutional claims
* Previous knowledge of health care benefit principles and medical terminology
* Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, edit, create spreadsheets, and VLOOKUP)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word (edit, create document, create letters, attach files, and send)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

* Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods working at a computer
* An environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
